Forgot a picture from the gold mine

Forgot to add the picture of them in their hardhats. One would think that their heads would be hard enough but they made us wear them anyway!!

There WAS gold in them hills!

April 25th the kids didn't have any school so we decided to go on a little adventure to Kellogg, Idaho. Here we went on a tour of an old abandoned gold mine. It was quite the experience considering I am terribly claustrophobic. I did well until we got to the end of the mine and saw the sign saying how far in and deep we were. Vincent loved it because he got to wear a 'safety hat' like Bob the Builder. Also, if you ask him about the trip he gets so excited and then proceeds to tell you about the 'bear cave' we went to see.

Sleepy girl

There is one thing I can say about our dear Cat. When it is time to sleep she can sleep anywhere! Yes. She is sleeping on a exercise ball...don't know how she did it but she did and got mad when I went to move her into her crib. The other picture was just too cute. That is her favorite doll named Betty.

My son and Dopey?

I started painting Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in ceramics. Bunny helped me with the eyes on Dopey and when she was done I was shocked to see that it looked alot like Vincent! So now my Vincent is my little dwarf....Dopey.

Meredith's Birthday

I know it's taken me some time to get this up....since she did turn 6 on the 9th!! Here are some pictures from her party on the 13th. She invited a few of her little friends and some of the ladies from church!! (the picture of the sleeping puppy is Betty's Rat Terrier named Latte) We had a very nice day and it was a lot of fun. (may add some video to this later) Thank you to all that gave gifts and sent cards!!

Christina had something in the paper, too!

The week before Shayne was in the paper, Christina had the weather picture in the paper, on the front cover, too!

(I thought the little green thing by the telephone pole was a turtle...I was corrected by the artist...it's a car)

Shayne was front page news

Look who was on the front page of the Creston Advance last week. Shayne is in the green t-shirt and he is learning to play Lacrosse.

(I have a lot more to add in the near future...I am so far behind I'll never get ahead!)
